Cancellation policy
The order can be freely canceled up to 7 days before the stay is to begin. Its also possible to move the booking to another date if its available.
If canceled later than this, the stay will be invoiced for a minimum of 1 night. The entire stay can be invoiced if we are not able to rent the unit (s) to someone else.
In case of earlier departure than planned, the remaining amount will not be refunded.
Check-in is between 13:00 and 15:00
Check-out is no later than 12.00 on the day of departure.
ARRIVAL INFORMATION
If you arrive later than 18:00, please let us know by e-mail. Please note your ordernumber in the e-mail.
Text message is not sufficient as this may not be detected in time due to heavy summer traffic.
It can also be difficult to reach us by phone in the summer. Therefore, preferably send us an e-mail regarding arrival time if possible.
The unit can be rented to someone else if we are not notified.
Payment is due on arrival unless otherwise agreed. Cash, Visa, Mastercard or Maestro.
general information
There are duvets and pillows in the cabins / rooms, but bed linen is not included. Bed linen costs 100 NOK per person, 2 towels included.
If a sleeping bag is used, the use of sheets and pillowcases is mandatory. Sheets and pillowcases can also be rented here.
We reserve the right to move the booking to another cabin / room of the same standard or better.
The accommodation unit must be cleaned on departure. Do the dishes, carry out and throw trash and make sure that the unit generally looks decent.
Rented bed linen and towels are taken from the beds on departure and placed on the floor at the exit door.
