Cancellation policy

• The order can be cancelled up to 7 days before the stay is to begin with a full refund.

• Cancellation fee 100,-kr.

• If cancelled after this, no refund will be given.

• If you depart earlier than planned, the remaining amount will not be refunded.

• Cancellation is made on 'My page' in the same place where the booking was made.

• Automatic refund if you are within the cancellation deadline.

• Latest check-in is at 22.30. It is not possible to enter the campsite after 23:00

• The pitch is cleared on departure.

• Back in the motorhome / caravan. (There are signs about this in every pitch)

• Check-out is within 12:00 on the day of departure.
