When can you check in?

Check-in from 2 pm. Let us know if you will arrive later than 6 pm.

Are bed linen and towels included in the price?

There are duvets and pillows in all cabins & rooms, but bed linen and towels must be brought or rented from us.

100,-kr per person. If you use a sleeping bag, sheets are obligatory.

When do you have to check out?

Cabins and apartments must be checked out by 12:00. Motorhomes, caravans and tents also by 12:00

How long is the reception open?

In high season it is open from 09-23. In low season the opening hours vary somewhat but we are always available by phone. Call the number on the reception door and we will be at the reception within 5 min.

Is the campsite far from the centre of Åndalsnes?

From us it is about 25 minutes walking distance to the city center.

Are you open all year round?

We have cabins, rooms and apartments for rent all year round. For campers, caravans and tents/hammocks we close on October 15th.

Are dogs allowed in the cabins and apartments?

Dogs are welcome, but please make sure they don't sleep on the beds or furniture.

Can you buy some food from you?

We have a small cafe where we sell simple dishes and beer & wine and show various entertainment on the big screen. The cafe is open some days in May and opens fully around June 15th. The cafe closes around mid-August.

Is it possible to reserve places for a tent or hammock?

No, unfortunately it is not. However, we have 2 large areas for tents and it is rare that they are completely full.

When does Romsdalseggen open to traffic?

Romsdalseggen normally opens to traffic around June 20th. Some years earlier due to snow melting.
